In our apartment for 3 people you will find everything for a wonderful stay. A large bathtub, a kitchenette to be able to provide yourself and with the queen-size box-spring bed and the sofa bed enough space for a restful sleep for 3 people. In our large, freshly renovated one-bedroom apartment, the focus is on feeling good.

I won’t be on site myself, but of course I want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. That’s why I’m available as and when you need me, almost all day long. My aim is for you to have a 5-star stay in the suburban oasis!
The adjacent Bahnhofstraße is the street with the most stores, e.g. Edeka, bakeries, post office, restaurants and other places for daily needs in Eichwalde. The Eichwalde S-Bahn station is approx. 1.5 km away. From there, the S8 and S46 trains run through Berlin to Birkenwerder and Westend every 10 to 20 minutes.
After 2 km in the other direction, you will reach Schmöckwitz, a town in Berlin-Köpenick, which has several petrol stations and a supermarket in addition to many watery areas with swimming opportunities. There is also a streetcar line in Schmöckwitz with a direct connection to Berlin. Also located in Bahnhofstraße is the “Alte Feuerwache”, a meeting place for art and culture. About 15 minutes’ walk away is the Eichwalder Badewiese for refreshment in summer or for a nice walk. Alternatively, the green forest for longer walks and the Grünauer Bammelecke are also highly recommended.
You don’t necessarily need Berlin’s culinary diversity to get a taste for it. With the Italian restaurant “Pane e Vino”, the Mexican restaurant “Mayas” and the Greek restaurant “Santorini” on the corner of Bahnhofstraße/Grünauer Straße, there are three great dining options just 500 meters away from us.
By car, you can reach BER in about 15 minutes and Tesla in Grünheide in 25 minutes.
Overall, Eichwalde’s proximity to Berlin, combined with the good local infrastructure and proximity to the water, provides a good combination of relaxation and opportunities for business travelers, cyclists, runners, water sports enthusiasts and couples to spend a great time with us.

The house with five apartments is situated between two detached houses in a very quiet location on a central plot. In the communal outdoor area you will find a covered terrace with seating and a beach chair.
There are other residential buildings around the property and free parking spaces are available on the street directly in front of the property. We also offer free covered bicycle parking on the property. We will inform you of the exact address in advance for your arrival.
You will receive all important information for the check-in in advance from us via Airbnb. Please fill out the online registration form before arrival, which you will receive with the check-in information, or fill out the form directly in the apartment on the day of arrival.
