Dugan, widow of Don P. Dugan of Columbia, passed away quietly Saturday, Feb. 17, 1996 at White Horse Village, where she had been a resident for years. Mary was a registered nurse as a young woman and was a wife and mother. An avid reader, Mary was also a painter, horticulturist, flower show judge, collector and avid gardener.

Her gardens were always magnificent. She will be missed. Surviving are a son, Don P. Dugan of Charlottesville, a daughter, Dorothy D. Fritz of Chester County, a sister, Esther Morrison of Baltimore; six granddaughters; and eight greatgrandchildren.
