Hot flipping damn guys!!! This berry cobbler is coming in reaaallll hot today.

It basically screams summer in a dessert. But to be honest, this is a recipe you will want to make all year around. It is so delicious and dreamy and adducing. And every time I make it, my family goes crazzzzy! Oh.. and did I mention that this also is somehow gluten-free, vegan and has no refines sugars? Yet it still tastes pretty kick a$$ if you ask me.

I love that you can use either fresh or frozen berries on the base too. Both will work. But of course frozen berries, may make the base a *bit* more watery. Still tastes delicious in my onion, but just a heads up. It won’t compromise the flavor at all!

Crack out your favorite ice cream or whipped topping too to add on top of this dish. You will 100% want to do a a little a la mode action here.

I hope you guys love this recipe as much as we do over here. I can’t wait to hear what you think!!

Can I sub regular flour for almond flour?

almond flour is more dense so if you use regular flour, i’d use a bit less

I have made this several times in the last few weeks. It is very customizable for preferences or allergies. I did use avocado oil due to a sensitivity to coconut products and it turned out wonderful. Even the non GF folks loved it and never knew it was GF or vegan.

Would it be OK to blend the rolled oats I really don’t like the texture in cobbler and instead of Sub almond flour for all purpose could you use whole wheat flour
